RESORT @ Mukteshwar

Set amidst the Kumaon Hills eight cottages were conceptualized along with a restaurant, a residence for the owner, parking for ten vehicles and an open lawn on 1400sqm of sloping land with a contour range of 15m. The site being raised 2,5m from the main road level provides uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and foothills. The property can be accessed from the rear via a secondary road 6m wide. The cantilevered restaurant  lets the guests hover over the landscape for a surreal experience while enjoying the local cuisine. Privacy was a driving factor while designing the cottages. Each cottage has been placed on an individual level each with its own individual theme. The lawn provides ample open space for gatherings and activities.
